Dynamism

A lot of preparation goes into articulating strategy well and so after all that effort the last thing you want is for things to fizzle out after a few weeks or months.

The unfortunate reality is that this will happen unless you have a way of not just generating interest, but actually building and maintaining momentum over the mid to long term.

To achieve this you need dynamism. I’ve worked for companies that have it, but I’ve got to say that I’ve worked for far more that don’t. That’s because dynamism is a cultural thing. In some companies “dynamism” is a stated cultural value.

Companies with people who practice energetic personal and company values such as ‘dynamism’ are the people and companies that can make best use of programs such as Articulate Strategy Well.
