While in previous employments I had worked in agencies and I initially operated my new company as an agency. However as time went by the type of work changed from tactical to more strategic projects including helping my clients work better with the various agencies they had.
Now as a Hargreaves Strategic Clarity Advisor I help leadership teams think clearly, articulate strategy well to their agencies and other key suppliers.
